Resources and Tools for Building Peace with Justice

March for peaceful schools - JJ Tiziou

Envision Peace Museum will be a “go to” source for tools and strategies for building peace and justice. Envision Peace Museum aspires to be a leader among organizations working worldwide to promote peace-building at local, national, and international levels. The Museum maintains a growing catalogue of tools for use by individuals and groups struggling for change without violence. Look for these resources to be available soon online. Through its collections, programs, exhibits, and events, in its building and over the internet, the Museum demonstrates that it’s possible to build a more just and peaceful world.

Online tools will include:

  • Stories Archive – This archive will be an ever-growing collection of stories of nonviolent actions and movements, stories that have the power to inspire while offering ideas and lessons for application today.  This resource is under development.
  • Handbooks for peace-building – A collection of nonviolent actions, strategies, and techniques that can be used by individuals and groups considering nonviolent action: social change, social defense, or third party nonviolent intervention.
  • Multi-media resources about peace, justice, and empowered nonviolence.
